We asked our students one simple question: What would be your dream role? We gave them various options for them to pick one. They included a doctor, a superhero, Bridgerton, a pirate, Black Panther warrior, and we brought their dream to life, so they could actually look at it and say:

"Yes. That's me. That could really be me."

Because sometimes you need to see it before you can believe it. This is what dreaming looks like.
